Daniel J. Wiener joined the team as a Sales Associate with Corporate National Realty, LLC in 2005. Prior to receiving his real estate license, Dan served as the Personal Assistant to the President of CNR from 2000 to 2005. Dan specializes in the sale and lease of commercial properties and focuses on office and medical requirements.
In just three years as a sale person for Corporate National Realty, Dan has successfully negotiated sale and lease transactions for numerous clients such as Canon USA, Citibank, GEICO, Integrated Medical Professionals, Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics, and the Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, to name a few. Additionally, Dan was responsible for the exclusive agency assignment of over 350,000 square feet of office, industrial, and medical space in Garden City and Manhasset for Metropolitan Realty Associates and United Business Media, respectively.
As a result of his hard work and diligence in the Long Island marketplace, Dan has recently been rewarded with a promotion to Managing Director with CNR.
Dan graduated in 1999 from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He is a member of the Commercial/Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) promoting good ethics in the real estate community. Since 2006, Dan has also been a board member of the March of Dimes Real Estate Committee.
