Daniel J. Wiener joined the team as a Sales Associate with Corporate National Realty, LLC in 2005. Dan specializes in the sale and lease of commercial properties and focuses on office and medical requirements.
Dan has successfully negotiated sale and lease transactions for numerous clients such as Canon USA, Citibank, GEICO, Integrated Medical Professionals, Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics, and the Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, to name a few. Additionally, Dan was responsible for the exclusive agency assignment of over 400,000 square feet of office, industrial, and medical space in Garden City and Manhasset for Metropolitan Realty Associates and United Business Media, respectively.
As a result of his hard work and diligence in the Long Island marketplace, Dan was rewarded with a promotion to Managing Director with CNR in 2008 after only three years with the company. In 2009, Dan was awarded the "Rising Star Award" from the Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island. This achievement, presented annually by CIBS, recognizes new commercial real estate brokers who have achieved notable success, made positive impressions and have shown unusually high potential.
Dan graduated in 1998 from the State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He is a member of the Commercial/Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) promoting good ethics in the real estate community. Since 2006, Dan has also been a board member of the March of Dimes Real Estate Committee.
