Frank X. Pagano, Jr. began his commercial real estate career in 1986 and quickly established himself as a leading commercial corporate services provider. Frank's specialty is tenant representation. He is a tenant advocate who has earned a favorable reputation by aggressively pursuing advantageous transactions terms for his clients. In 1990, he joined Corporate National Realty and in 2000 he was elected a partner of the firm. On numerous occasions he has been named Corporate National Realty's Broker of the Year. Through the years, Frank has successfully negotiated lease and sales transactions in excess of 4 million square feet. Noteworthy leasing accomplishments include representing such clients as MetLife (150,000 SF), BAE Systems (200,000 SF), Cablevision (100,000 SF), Ericsson (100,000 SF), TIG Insurance (150,000 SF), New York State (75,000 SF), Prudential Insurance Company (70,000 SF), and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (40,000 SF), to name a few. Key sale transactions include the sale of the 200,000 SF BAE Systems Long Island Corporate Headquarters to the Blumenfeld Development Group in 2004. The property, consisting of 18 acres, is located on Robbins Lane, Syosset. Blumenfeld Development Group has since relocated its headquarters to the site and is marketing the balance of the space for lease. In 2006, Frank sold the 150,000 SF Class A office building located at 2929 Expressway Drive North, Hauppauge, to Ivy Properties. The building was owned and partially occupied by MetLife Insurance Company and was 40% vacant at the time of sale. The sale included a sale leaseback from MetLife covering 70,000 SF. Prior to Frank's career in real estate, he operated a thoroughbred racing stable employing over 30 employees. He maintained a license as a thoroughbred horse trainer working under the New York Racing Assocation. During his training career Frank established himself as the "youngest trainer" to win a New York State race. He is still involved in the thoroughbred horse industry and plays an active role in the Saratoga racing community. Frank's professional and social associations include: IOREBA (Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Assoc.), CIBS (Commercial Industrial Brokers Society), IDRC (Industrial & Development Research Council), March of Dimes Real Estate Committee, Big Brothers and Sisters of America Real Estate Committee, Palomine Equestrian Center, Sagamore Rowing Club and St Anthony's Fathers Guild. |
