Neal A. Marchesano is a Managing Director with Corporate National Realty. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. John's University in 1983. He has been actively involved in office leasing and sales on Long Island since 1986.
Prior to joining Corporate National Realty, Neal was with CB Richard Ellis. While at CB Richard Ellis, Neal was responsible for over a half million square feet of office space in Nassau County, including 1600 Stewart Avenue for Oak Tree Capitol Management and The Franklin Avenue Plaza office complex for The Shorenstein Company. Neal interfaced with lawyers and tenants in negotiating leases and sales to major corporations, such as Norstar Bank, MONY Financial, TransAmerica and Reebok Corporation.
During his career, he has successfully negotiated transactions representing such companies as: GEICO, New York Telephone, Avis Rental, Cullen & Dykman, Crossland Savings Bank, Equitable Insurance, Computer Associates, Olsten Corporation, Automobile Club of New York, Chubb Insurance, Temp Force, Nationwide Cellular, NYNEX, Nassau Federal Credit Union, North Western Mutual Life, Apple Bank, Nassau Radiological, InterDigital Communications, Citibank and Chase.
