Joseph A. Lagano II joined Corporate National Realty in June of 2006 as a Managing Director. During his seven-year career he has been involved in lease and sale transactions in the Queens and Long Island industrial markets. He has been instrumental in the leasing of over 1.75 million square feet in the area of John F. Kennedy International Airport representing AMB Property Corp. and successfully negotiated over 150 leases.
Prior to joining CNR, Joe was an Associate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Mr. Lagano graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Business Management. He is a member of the March of Dimes benefiting the prevention of birth defects and infant mortality. Joe is also a member of the Commercial/Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) promoting good ethics in the real estate industry.
