Reid J. Berch joined Corporate National Realty as a Senior Director and Partner in June 2006. Focusing on sales and leasing of industrial and office properties, he brings 24 plus years of experience in the real estate industry to CNR. Mr. Berch heads a team of professionals who specialize in the Queens and Long Island markets.
Reid has represented, on an exclusive basis, over 1.75 million square feet of warehouse and office space at JFK International Airport for AMB Property Corporation for the past eight years. Past exclusive representations include Sears Roebuck & Co., Kraft, Inc., Bloomingdales, SCI Corporation, Pennzoil Quaker State Co.
Prior to joining Corporate National Realty, Mr. Berch was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. During his illustrious 14 year career at C&W, he managed some of the most significant leasing and sales assignments for the company within his marketplace. Mr. Berch was a top producer for C&W for ten years running as well as a member of Cushman & Wakefield's prestigious Million Dollar Club.
Mr. Berch graduated from Ramapo College in New Jersey with a B.S. degree in Business and Management Information Systems. He is an active board member of the Long Island Real Estate March of Dimes Fund Raising Committee and the Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island.
